SUMMARY:Festival of the Chariot
DESCRIPTION:The 15th Annual Festival of the Chariot will be held on August 19th from Noon to 10 PM. The Beach procession will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM which will begin at the end of Beach Boulevard on the Beach to 8th Avenue N and turn around and back to the Seawalk Pavilion. After the procession there will be a Cultural Program from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
