DESCRIPTION:Take a journey into a new experience! Amy will take you through a stand up paddle board yoga flow. On the water\, in nature\, with yoga…SO good for the soul! The boards are up to 36″ wide\, so you can stand with confidence and successfully try this workshop. You will spend time getting centered on the BCO dock and then proceed to the paddleboard where you will learn a lot about yourself\, building up your balance\, and just plain having fun! The other half of the class features the engagement of 95% of the muscles in your body as you paddle. The stroke is focused on the core and in combination with the yoga\, your entire body will get stretched strengthened and aerobically challenged.Get out on the water and get playful in this Stand Up Paddle Board workshop offered by Hot Spot Power Yoga in Partnership with Black Creek Outfitters!
