Intro to Yoga is lead by caring, compassionate yoga teachers, who will assist you all along the way. They have walked the same path you’re about to embark on and have years of experience safely guiding new students into the practice of yoga. You can feel confident about fitting into this class with students just like you who are beginning their yoga journey.
